Celebrating our 5 years, let us introduce our Escales Squad ! Some people are meant to meet each other ! Many years ago two passionated women, one from France and the other from Madagascar meet each other in the beautiful ochre city of Marrakech and become true friends. Both share the same love for the Kingdom of Morocco. Together, they decide to build their own DMC company according to their vision of Morocco.A jewel with the most precious stones from Sapphire to Gold.Each trip is conceived like a jewel with our label Escales Signature. We want to be like luxury jewelers and gem setters, designing, to the last detail, a unique and precious piece. We want to deliver the best with moments of poetry and eternity. Our values are Passion, Creativity, Refinement & Trust.Today we are celebrating the five years anniversary of Escales Signature !  The team has grown since then and bring together nine people from different parts of the world, bounded by their passion for traveling and sharing their knowledge of our precious Morocco. Expertise Cyndie Marchand, General Manager and Co-Founder, born in France with a heart in Africa. More than 15 years experience in hospitality and luxury travel tourism in Morocco, led her to become a pioneer in the luxury tourism field. She now shares her passion and knowledge with her team like a precious heritage.  An expert in creating authentic and memorable experiences. She is one of the first Serandipians by Traveller Made DMCs to be awarded.

ThoroughnessSoa Faneva, Co-Founder originally from Madagascar. Her long-lasting ties with Morocco began douzen of years ago, when her studies led her to Tangier. She discovered the Country, learnt the culture, spent a lot of time with people, and fell in love with the Kingdom. A hard worker always thinking about every little details to tailor-made the best individuals and business trips.

Rigour Ihsane Mouhoub, Operations Supervisor  a real Marrakchi. It has always been important for Ihsane to promote the beauty of his country. That is why he had chosen to work in tourism. His twelve years experience in the travel industry makes him one of our best element. He is the pilar of the back office, a true angel that makes everything possible.

CuriosityFidella Rasoamarintsoa, Senior Travel Designer originally from Madagascar. When the opportunity to study tourism in Morocco was offered to her, she didn’t think twice and decided to try her luck. As many of us she felt deeply in love with the culture, the beautiful landscapes and the gastronomy of the Kingdom. A curious mind always seeking for new places and new experiences to implement into new journeys around the Kingdom. Very few travel designers in Morocco knows the product as she does.

Professionalism Ahmed Alaoui, Guest Relation Service  a true Marrakchi. With more than 15 years experience in travel assistance, team building and tailor made events, he is the one who knows the guests schedule by heart. His long lasting experience in the field makes him a great asset for the team and a big support for the clients during their trip. Holding the Emergency Phone at anytime. CommitmentMélanie Mutombo, Travel Designer  originally from Switzerland. During her tourism studies she had the opportunity to spend one year internship in Marrakech. As expected, it was also love at first sight between her and the Kingdom. When the pandemic finally ended she decided to come back to her true love and dream work. A creative and dedicated soul to count on.

Hospitality Daryna Gastinel,  Travel Designer  originally from Ukraine. Before arriving to Morocco, she had traveled a lot between Asia and the Middle East working in the luxury hospitality industry. After experiencing Dubai, Cairo, Singapore & Beijing, she entered the Kingdom in Marrakech and now enjoy even more the beauty of Morocco in our Tangier office. An epicurean mind always willing to explore more.

PassionFatimazahra, travel designer a real Marrakchia. Being a lover of differences in culture and people all over the world, she became passionate about travel and trip design. With her extensive experience and eye for detail, she makes sure that every trip excel any dreams.

Creativity Firdaous, Event & Travel designer  a real casaouia. She was born in Casablanca but grew up in Tangier where she discovered her love for travel. It is important for her to inspire others and shape unforgettable memories through the lens of travel. She enjoyed several years of experience in different tourism companies in Morocco. A  passionate and creative soul always there to make us laugh.
